Basic functions and Feature

1.      Multi-channel telephone recording, support simultaneous telephone recording of 1 to 128 channels;

2.      On this machine in which Recording system was installed, can monitor any channel call in real time;

3.      On this machine in which Recording system was installed, whenever necessary inquire record with Conditions, including caller and called number, date, time, channel number, customer information;

4.      According to the permission, delete and backup recorded audio files;

5.      Provide a powerful phonebook function, telephony recording management function and integrated memo note features, with exporting function to convert phone log into EXCEL forms;

6.      Playback of recording after query, loop and continuous play;

7.      Display caller and called telephone number in the recording window;

8.      Support real-time monitor for telephone.

9.      With real-time monitoring function,can monitor the status of any one line and call voice.
